Appointments
We prefer to book all the appointments in advance in order to provide a better service to all our patients. Please give us a call as soon as possible if you could not make for your scheduled appointment so we could make that space available to another patient in need.
For a new consultation kindly arrive 15 min prior to appointment time as there are several forms that need to be filled before the doctor could see you.
We also request you to provide us with previous medical reports, X-rays and record of current medication.
Our receptionist shall make a reminder call the day before your scheduled appointment.
Walk-ins
Walk-in patients will be fit into the existing schedule, if possible, or they will be given an appointment date by the receptionist and asked to return later in the day or on the day the schedule allows.
Insurance and Direct Billing
Recognizing the benefits of chiropractic care, physical therapy, & general medicine, most insurance companies provide coverage for most of the services provided at Wellbeing Clinic. Our receptionist will assist you in providing supporting documents like the official receipt and insurance form that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
